The following document was recovered from the ruins of UN buildings centuries old. The elements and the chaos of prior political balances has ruined the document; ambiguities are filled in with brackets. Nonetheless, the edited and revised version was passed.
Statute #4 - UNPC

REMEMBE[RING the invasion] of international territory by ambitious rulers,
KNOWING the need to avoid such a crisis again.

The Union of Nations Peacekeeper Corps shall be established with the purpose of [international] peace and security. The UNPC shall draw its recruits from the UN's populations and be responsible for [training, equipping, and paying them.]
The UNPC is to remain [in UN territories at all times] unless authorised by the Union to assault foreign territories. The Peacekeeper Corps shall be composed [of the follo]wing components:
-UNA - [Union of] Nations Army -[UNN -] Union of Nations Navy -UNAF - Union of Nations Air Force -UNIA - Union [of Nations Intelligence Agency]
