Hello, and welcome to the pilot episode of Head 2 Head, a talk show hosted by me, Hermann Fegelein. On tonight's program, I will be interviewing Dr. Charles Kwan of the Socialist Union of Democratic States, who recently gained widespread international attention with the first public demonstration of the so-called "ion tank".
Dr. Kwan, welcome to the program.

I, Doctor Charles Jehonathan Kwan, say hello. Are you going for a costume party?

Maybe once we've won in Austria. You can come too, if you'll play a mad scientist.

Dr. Kwan—may I call you Charles?—your recent work in military application of ion technology has thrust you into the global spotlight alongside Dr. Vladimir Ozerov. Not a lot of people outside SUDS knew of you prior to now; describe your career in brief, so those at home unfamiliar with SUDS' scientific work have a better grasp of who you are, and where you come from.

First: I like to call me in relation to my title. It took long time for me to get it. Secondly: I came from mix parentage. I was born to the Hong Kong Joe Kwan actor and an English chemist known as Susan Bennet. I lived most my childhood in the place of my birth: Cape Town. Then we moved when I was 15 to France. There I eventually became a student of physics at the University of Lyon. Due to my military history hobbies and my interests of how cannons worked I took a doctorate on military sciences at the École Spéciale Militaire De Saint where I am still linked to as a researcher on the fields of war physics. Not much really expect for the time I had to jump into a bakery to judge police during a political riot, resulting in me getting my first taste of an orange and raisin cake that was under a red wine icing. Yes: my life outside the works of ions is humble.

Tell us more about this bakery incident. What do you mean by "judging the police"?

They were in the bakery! Police were at the street against the rioters... which being in the times of the Communes were aided my militants... where there are several riot police in the bakery! I, being a amateur reporter for the University of Lyon’s student radio, went to investigate. However I... tripped. Thankfully the glass was stolen due to a massive glass shortage. The cake I entered. The police notice. Only lols came from it. Then I was forced by the baker to help clean his bakery in return for him not pressing charges against me for damaging his cake.

I see. Did you ever learn what the officers were doing in the bakery, and if it was a matter of concern?

No idea... they were talking... giving cash but not getting cakes. Latter I read about some short of weapons smuggling ring which the baker turned out to be the ring leader of. I do not know how the cops related to it.
Still... what do you think of Thunderfall and the rest of the Triforce Facility?
