Use this thread for any of your spammy advertising needs! IOT Wiki GMs sometimes allot points for making additions here, so you should check it out for that reason. Never mind it's a good archive of the many lulz that have been had. Sonic Shift My webcomic. Known for long periods of on/off hiatus. Long story short, I'm trying to blend the various canon into one. Also the setting of Mobius: Total Chaos. Linkbucks is the program I use to profit from my links. Feel free to sign up and post your links where relevant in a non-spammy manner. We can all profit from this together. =]

There's no such thing as a free lunch. So what's the catch?

But seriously, it was the same question I asked Double A: Do you know how they do the accounting? Like, if I'm setting something up with these people (I take it you're using them all), what information am I giving them? A bank I.D., I assume, but do they just deposit, or how does the payment work? Is their hand ever in my pocket?

But seriously, it was the same question I asked Double A: Do you know how they do the accounting? Like, if I'm setting something up with these people (I take it you're using them all), what information am I giving them? A bank I.D., I assume, but do they just deposit, or how does the payment work? Is their hand ever in my pocket? All they ask for is your paypal username, same as Ebay or Amazon or any e-commerce site. I never understood why the Paypal username by itself makes people go "Oh no!" (Case in point: my mother) All it does is confirm the username's existence; provided you have a strong password there's not much good that username will do them. And PayPal has means to recover fraudulent transfers to my knowledge. Consider that when you do commerce online, you hand out your address and such. Ebay, Amazon, etc. know where you live. I could send money to you if you gave me your paypal address, for example, but I could NOT get into your account unless I had your password. But anyway. The biggest catch would be you can't pull money out until you've reached at least 5 dollars. With linkbucks that's 2000+ clicks, and with adfly that's 800 or so at best measure. But since I can get up to 100 clicks a day on average, it's doable. One downside is some sites ban its use. Fortunately, I've done my research and have found sites that allow it(FurAffinity, Tumblr) and sites that do not(CFC, Twitter, Facebook). As a person who often commissions things some artists refuse to draw, I've learned to keep on looking for open markets.

So I’ve started using CashCrate. I managed to earn 20 dollars in one week just by taking surveys, watching ads, doing searches via their toolbar, and taking offers. This means that I’ve finally made enough to cash out; the site says I will receive my check in July. Fortunately, all my research showed them to be reputable, so I’m looking forward to it. I’ll be posting a photo of the check once I get it. In the meantime, let me recap my experiences: -Some of the offers were unreliable. I'm willing to share those that weren't. -The surveys are excellent and consistently pay out; it’s easy to get 4-5 bucks a day taking them. The main pain is it can take a few tries to qualify. But if you’ve got nothing else to do, have at it! On average they take 15-30 minutes to complete. Some took 15. -I didn’t have to give out financial information, which is a bonus. It’s 100% free, as well. -Due to all the offers I tried, my spam inbox has exploded. Fortunately I don’t check my inbox so the joke’s on them. I suggest you create an e-mail just for the site so as to mitigate spam. -Speaking of such, DO NOT sign up for any other offers while in the middle of a current offer. Often the main offers page and the actual sponsors’ page are encouraging you to join the same thing. If you do that, you can’t get credit for it from CashCrate itself! Here's my referral link. Please use it to sign up if interested. =] My referrals also get a welcome message that tells them the offers to fill out to earn 11 bucks on their first day. That'll put you at 12 bucks, only 8 bucks away from the 20 dollar payout. I did the math on how much one can expect to make: 5.60 a day from surveys 0.10 a day from watching 5 15-30 second ads 0.20 a day from doing searches with the toolbar; they are partnered with Yahoo and share the ad revenue with you it looks like. In total, 2000+ a year. Not a bad deal for something that lets you choose your own hours and doesn't take that long, eh? Even if you just view ads and use the toolbar, that's 100 dollars a year alone, and watching ads/searching for things is something we do ALL THE TIME. And dozens to hundreds more from offers; the more rewarding offers often require you pay a dollar or two for shipping, though. But I started off with a few hundred offers, all paying anywhere from 0.05 to 40.00. Note: Offers tend to be limited to US, Canada, UK and Australia citizens. Just me doing my usual review for the community!

imperiumofftopicum.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=feedback&thread=95&post=1762I've actually opened a thread on the matter. Since the site is ad-free, it is now possible for me to choose what ad services are on the site. The obvious goal is to at least break even, but any suggestions are welcome. ("No ads" is obviously not doable, though if this doesn't work out I'll just revert to the old format; currently I'm trying to get Yahoo publisher to work) ACTUALLY, the issue should be fixed now. Banners show up only about 5 times a day now. Originally they were unlimited. However, the maximum they should be allowed is 20; after 20 clicks there's no further revenue, so it's silly to allow anymore than 20.
