Let's see if I can get this thread back on track...
"I could care less." Now, this phrase can be used properly if it's an afterthought, a verbal shrug: "Meh, I could care less." Typically when people use it, though, it's in anger, or ennui, to express a superlative degree, in which case they mean "I couldn't care less".
